1. RESERVATIONS / PAYMENTS
The reservation is effective upon receipt of the confirmation email from Demeures de Varennes. You will then receive a confirmation email containing the practical information relating to your stay.
Terms and conditions for reservations by gift vouchers (SmartBox, Wonderbox, gift cards, etc.): In the context of a reservation offered through a third party, the reservation confirmation voucher with the reservation number is required for be able to access the room. Without presentation of the gift voucher, for lack of proof, the reservation will have to be paid in full. (Reservation subject to availability). People wishing to offer a reservation as a gift must pay the full amount of the desired service at the time of booking or purchasing the gift voucher.
Please note: for any firm reservation, the customer is required to provide a telephone number, an email address, a nationality on which he can be contacted, including on the day of arrival.
2. ACCEPTED MEANS OF PAYMENT
The hotel accepts payment by Carte Bleue, Visa Mastercard, VAD, American express, Cash and Holiday vouchers (ANCV).
3. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES
You can take possession of your room from 4 p.m. on the day of your arrival and you must leave it before 11:30 a.m. on the day of your departure. Respecting arrival and departure times guarantees the proper maintenance of the rented premises.
We cannot guarantee your reception on site if you arrive after 9 p.m. on weekdays and 8 p.m. on weekends.

In the event of an unforeseen event delaying you, you must contact us at the number provided on your confirmation letter.
If the accommodation is not released on time (i.e. before 11:30 am), a supplement will be charged to the guest.
4. MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION
– Notified by yourself BEFORE your arrival If you are forced to cancel your reservation, send a written notification immediately. For any canceled stay:
• Within 24 hours before the date of arrival we will retain 100% of the total amount of your reservation
If the stay is shortened for any reason whatsoever, the total price of the reservation remains acquired. No refund will be made.
5. PRICES
Our prices are inclusive of all taxes. Our prices do not include additional consumption, such as meals, drinks or other extras.
Tariffs and specific financial provisions: The applicable tariffs are those presented on the website of our online reservation center. All dates that can be rented are shown. The prices can be changed at any time by the company without having to notify it in advance. In the event of a modification of the rates, any reservation already made and guaranteed, remains firm and under the conditions defined at the time of the reservation: no modification of the price of a reservation prior to a modification of the rates can be taken into account. whether to the advantage or to the disadvantage of the customer.
Promotions are effective from their date of validity on our website. These promotions are in no way retroactive or valid after their expiry date. Exceptional offers cannot be combined with each other or with permanent offers.
Each accommodation has a maximum accommodation capacity defined on the site of our online reservation center. When making your reservation, you are required to correctly enter the actual number of adults, children and infants who will be occupying the accommodation. For safety and insurance reasons, we ask you to respect this number of declared occupants (baby included).

6. DOMESTIC ANIMALS
Animals are allowed in our accommodation (with a supplement) under the following conditions:
• The customer will have to pay a supplement of 8 € per night and per animal
• The customer must not under any circumstances use the accommodation equipment (bedding, sofa, dishes) for his animal.
• The client must bring all the accessories necessary for the life of his animal.
• Only one animal is allowed per accommodation (except in exceptional cases, contact us)
• The customer is responsible for the nuisance caused by his animal and assumes full responsibility: noise pollution, droppings
• If other guests from neighboring rooms complain about the nuisance caused by the animal, the client must take the necessary measures to put an end to this
7. PERSONAL EFFECTS AND ACCOMMODATION EQUIPMENT
It is recommended that you do not leave valuables in the rooms. The company disclaims all liability in theft case. The customer agrees to report any lost, broken, stolen or damaged equipment and is required to reimburse it.
8. POOL ACCESS
Access is available daily from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Drinks and meals are prohibited around the swimming pool. A nearby patio is accessible.
